Shipping
All shipping costs are extra, unless otherwise noted in a special offer. Shipping is via UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified) and pre-paid within Canada's provinces and continental USA, unless otherwise noted in a special offer. UPS Air shipping is available upon request.
Delivery Time
Normally within 5-14 working days from receipt of order for UPS Ground. If there is a delay over 14 days we will endeavor to contact you.
Customs, Brokerage, Duties, Taxes
Customs clearing brokerage, duties, and taxes may be applicable on some products ordered from and shipped to Canada and other countries outside the USA. subject to product purchased and each countries customs fees as applicable. Popular products such as some listed on this page have some of those added fees applied when shipped to Canada.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, email us here for a return authorization number and address within 30 days from the date of product purchase. Products returned within 30 days of their receipt, in their original packaging and otherwise in new condition may be refunded. Pictures and information may be requested to validate return requests. Original shipping, return shippping, restocking, and/or administrative fees may apply, as well as fees to repair damage products to return them to a saleable form. Products are not returnable after 30 days.
